Fisherman'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Peel, boil and mash potatoes.
    Cook peas.
    Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes.
    Brown lightly 2 tablespoons flour.
    Combine the fried mixture with 1 1/2 cups water.
    Turn mixture into 1-quart casserole.
    Spoon potatoes in ring around edge of dish.
    Put salmon in middle of ring.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0
    oven for 25 minutes or until done.
