Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans (15 1/2 oz. size) pineapple chunks, unsweetened and drained
2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers (1 stack)
6 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix pineapple, cheese, sugar and flour together.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
