North Carolina Syllabub(For Tee-Totalers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cream (a day old)
    1/2 c. fresh milk
    1/2 c. sweet cider
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Chill ingredients and make shortly before ready to serve. Mix all ingredients except the cream, which should be beaten lightly.
    Add cream and beat again.
    Sprinkle the nutmeg on top and serve.
