Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. bread cubes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix all but butter; put into a 1-quart baking dish.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
