Baked Pineapple(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple
1/4 lb. grated Longhorn cheese (not sharp)
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
butter (size of an egg)
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Mix pineapple and cheese.
In another bowl, mix flour and sugar and stir in reserved pineapple juice.
Do not grease Pyrex dish.
Put pineapple and cheese mixture in baking dish; pour the flour-sugar and juice mixture over this.
Cover with graham cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
Good with most meats.
