Pork Chops In The Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork loin chops, well trimmed
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium onions, cut into wedges
    3 medium carrots, cut into chunks
Preparation
    Season the chops with salt, pepper and cinnamon on both sides. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Brown the chops for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Add onions and carrots to skillet; reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes until veggies are tender and chops cooked through.
