Pepperoni Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread (let rise)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    2 pkg. or 1/4 lb. thin sliced pepperoni
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    oregano leaves
Preparation
    Mix the Parmesan cheese and egg and divide in half.
    Divide all ingredients in half. Divide bread in half and roll out. Spread egg mixture, pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with oregano leaves. Roll in jelly roll fashion into two loaves. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
