Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 c. half and half cream
    4 eggs
    4 oz. Cheddar, Swiss, Velveeta or combination
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 small can crabmeat, drained
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 pie crust (frozen is okay)
Preparation
    Place drained crabmeat, chopped onion and cheese on bottom of one pie crust.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add half and half with salt and pepper.
    Beat until all well mixed.
    Pour into pie crust.
