Dropped Penuche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. cream
    2/3 c. light corn syrup
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil until soft ball forms, 240\u00b0.
    Let sit until cool.
    Beat until creamy.
    Drop on wax paper.
    Put 1/2 nuts on top of each piece.
