Chicken Fajitas(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 green pepper, sliced thinly
    1 red pepper, sliced thinly
    1 onion, sliced thinly
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1/2-inch strips
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine or water
    salt and pepper (optional)
    12 flour tortillas
    guacamole (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add green and red pepper, onion, and garlic; cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Remove vegetables, set aside.
    Add chicken and oregano to skillet and cook 4 minutes.
    Return vegetables to pan.
    Add wine, season with salt and pepper.
    Cover 2 minutes.
    Warm tortillas and fill with chicken mixture.
