Sylvia-Edgar Farley Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. sugar
    1 1/2 c. loose green tea
    4 1/2 qt. orange juice
    6 c. lemon juice
    6 qt. pineapple juice
    2 qt. ginger ale
    ice cubes
Preparation
    Boil sugar and 10 cups water 10 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Pour 6 quarts boiling water on green tea grounds.
    Steep 5 minutes. Strain through cloth.
    Cool.
    Mix juices; add tea and sugar syrup. Lastly, add ginger ale and ice cubes.
