Apple Raisin Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise (light or regular)
    3 c. cored, peeled and chopped apples
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix together the first 6 ingredients.
    Add milk, eggs and mayonnaise.
    Beat with electric mixer at low speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently until well blended. Batter will be thick.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix with wooden spoon.
    Spoon in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes (until wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes clean).
