Pepper Chicken-Liberian Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. flour
seasoned salt
poultry seasoning
cooking oil
Preparation

Skin chicken parts and steam for 15 minutes.
Mix flour, seasoned salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.
Dip chicken parts into batter and fry until golden brown.
