Swiss Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz Homestyle chicken gravy
1 1/4 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

In a 2-quart saucepan saute onions and butter until tender. Stir in gravy, milk and broccoli.
Heat slowly, stirring occasionally.
Add cheese, salt and pepper.
Heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
Makes 4 servings.
