Baked Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler, fryer, cut up and skinned
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix
    crumbs
    and
    Parmesan
    cheese.
    Brush chicken with mayonnaise;
    coat
    with crumbs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in
    13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
