Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cut up cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. cooked celery
    1 c. cooked green pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice, in 3/4 c. mayonnaise (blend together)
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and put in a 2-quart baking dish. Top with parsley and 2 cups crushed potato chips. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
