German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 German or Swiss chocolate cake mix (1 box)
1 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. coconut (flaked)
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Put nuts and coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix as directed.
Pour over nuts. Melt margarine. Add cream cheese.
Beat in sugar with mixer.
Drop by spoonfuls on top of cake mix.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Bake 40 minutes.
