Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can cream-style corn
    1 large can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 stick butter or oleo, melted
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together in mixing bowl and pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Cook for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Add more shredded cheese on top the last 15 minutes of cooking.
