Marinated Mushroom Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 (6 oz.) can ripe olives (drained)
    1 (14 oz.) can heart of palm (drained and cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
    1 can artichokes (chopped)
    1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
    8 oz. Caesar salad dressing
    1 medium head lettuce
    1 bunch spinach
Preparation
    Marinate
    mushrooms,
    olives, heart of palm, artichokes and onion
    in
    salad dressing 5 to 6 hours.
    Just before serving, toss with lettuce and spinach.
