Sour Cream Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. soda
1 c. ground raisins
1 medium orange, ground
2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour

Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar; beat in eggs, sour cream and soda.
Put raisins and whole orange (peel and all) through food grinder.
Add to first mixture, including juice.
Gradually beat in flour, mixing well.
Turn batter into greased and floured 9-inch square pan.
