Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. cream cheese
4 tsp. butter
Preparation

Beat eggs on High speed for 5 minutes.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
Add dry ingredients. Spread into well-greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
Top with finely chopped walnuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
While still warm put cake on brown bag sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll bag and cake together.
Cool; unroll.
