Spinach Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. stuffing mix
Preparation

Melt margarine in pan.
Pour 1/2 of margarine over stuffing mix.
Set aside. Saute onion in remaining margarine.
Thaw spinach and squeeze dry.
Combine all ingredients, except stuffing mix. Pour into baking dish.
Top with stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
