Corn Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. cornmeal
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Grease muffin tins. Place in oven to heat. Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg, butter and buttermilk. Pour into hot muffin tins. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
