Pork Roast In Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork roast (3 to 4 lb.)
    brown gravy mix
    2 bell peppers, sliced vertically
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 or 4 pieces bacon
    2 to 3 c. water
    cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook pork roast until well done.
    Let cool so that you can take off fat and bone.
    Cut into small pieces.
