Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    3/4 c. quick oats (uncooked)
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley (fresh)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 whole grain hamburger buns
    lettuce leaves
    4 tomato slices
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Combine salmon, oats, onion, egg, parsley, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 4 patties.
    Pan-fry on both sides until golden brown.
    Serve salmon patties on buns with lettuce and tomatoes.
    Serves 4.
