Cherry Berry On A Cloud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. whipping cream
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Heat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Butter an oblong pan (9 x 13-inches). Beat egg whites, salt and cream of tartar.
    Gradually beat in 1 3/4 cups sugar.
    Beat until stiff and glossy (15 minutes).
    Spread in pan and bake 60 minutes.
    Leave in oven overnight (do not open door).
    Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
    Gently fold in whipped cream and marshmallows.
    Spread over meringue and refrigerate overnight.
