Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 to 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham crumb crust
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk (condensed)
1/2 c. ReaLemon
yellow food coloring (optional)
whipped cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk and food coloring, if desired.
Pour into prepared pastry shell.
Bake 30 minutes.
Cool.
Chill.
Spread with whipped cream.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 1 pie.
