Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. each), softened to room temperature
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onions or dried
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Whip cream cheese until smooth.
Gently stir in pineapple, green pepper, onions, salt and 1/2 cup nuts.
Shape into a ball. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Before serving, roll cheese ball in remaining nuts.
Serve with crackers.
Makes 12 to 14 servings.
