Garbanzo Loaf(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked mashed garbanzos
    1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce (lite)
    1 tsp. sea salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 c. diced tomatoes
    1/4 c. unbleached flour
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in Pam sprayed frypan until onion turns clear.
    Add tomatoes and flour.
    Stir until thickened.
    Then add this to ingredients and combine it all together.
    Place in Pam sprayed baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
