Uncle Art'S Chicken In A Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up
1 Tbsp. melted butter
3 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic
2 or 3 sliced canned tomatoes

Preparation

Brown chicken in butter.
Take chicken out.
Put in other ingredients.
Lay chicken back in.
On top, slice the cheese or add already shredded.
Season with salt.
Cook 30 minutes, slowly, until done. Put lid on and simmer 10 minutes.
