Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, cut up
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. pepper (mix to flour)
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 onion, diced
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 can beef broth
    8 oz. sour cream
    egg noodles
Preparation
    Combine flour and pepper.
    Add melted butter and brown beef. Add onion and mushrooms.
    Brown.
    Add 1 can beef broth and cook until tender for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Last, add 8 ounces sour cream and serve over egg noodles.
