Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/2 stick melted margarine
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. corn flakes
1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Thaw hash browns and mix with 1/2 stick melted margarine and sour cream.
Mix onion, cheese, soup, salt and pepper and add to hash browns.
Mix melted margarine with corn flakes.
Pour over top of hash browns.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
