Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box grated Velveeta cheese (jalapeno flavored if you like hot)
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, diced
    1 pkg. tortillas
    1 large carton sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Mix cheese, onion and chicken in large bowl.
    Mix sour cream and chicken soup.
    Dip tortillas in hot oil until soft.
    Place spoonful of cheese mixture in tortilla and roll up.
    Place single layer in pan.
    Top with sour cream.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until sour cream is bubbling.
