African Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 lb. pork, veal or beef
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. washed, raw brown rice
Preparation
    Brown onion and meat.
    Drain off any grease.
    Add soups, water, celery and rice.
    Put into sprayed baking dish and bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
