Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 2/3 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In mixing bowl, cream the butter and 1 1/2 cups of
    sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Shape dough into balls using rounded teaspoonful of dough for each.
    Combine 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon; coat balls.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set, about 14 minutes.
