Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large round steak
1 large onion, chopped
2 large cans tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
parsley flakes
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut steak into bite size pieces.
Cook in large Dutch pot or in large container to put in the oven.
Add onion and tomatoes to steak; cook on medium heat for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
While cooking, sprinkle with parsley.
