Fresh Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium peaches, peeled and mashed
    2 c. sugar
    2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1-gallon freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
    Let ripen for 1 hour.
