Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. creamy onion soup (dip)
2 cans water
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 chicken, cut up
bouillon crystals
Preparation

Melt butter in a large baking pan.
Mix water and soup well. Add to pan.
Sprinkle rice over all.
Salt and pepper chicken and lay on rice.
(Use salt lightly.) Sprinkle bouillon crystals on top of chicken.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 400\u00b0. Take foil off and brown chicken, about 15 minutes.
