Zesty Salsa Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped seeded cucumbers
    1/3 c. finely grated carrot
    1/4 c. mild thick and smooth taco sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    48 Triscuits wafers
    1/2 c. chopped red or green pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 c. prepared guacamole
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine cucumbers, pepper, carrot, taco sauce, green chillies and parsley until well blended.
    Spoon a rounded teaspoonful mixture onto each Triscuits; top with a dollop of guacamole.
