Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. cake flour
Preparation
    Beat yolks until light on medium speed.
    Add sugar, then boiling water.
    Lower speed; add dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes.
    Pour in jelly roll pan lined with wax paper. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Roll in damp cloth while hot.
    Unroll, add jelly and roll up again.
