Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lb. shrimp, deveined
1/2 lb. lobster
1/2 lb. bay scallops
1/2 lb. crabmeat
2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook rice and set aside.
Saute green pepper, onion and celery until soft; add mushrooms and saute.
Mix all together with seafood.
Add mayonnaise, rice and curry powder.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
