Green Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. green tomatoes
    4 green peppers
    4 hot peppers
    4 Tbsp. salt (on green tomatoes)
    4 large onions
    4 c. sugar
    4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    After grinding vegetables, drain in large cloth bag for 2 or more hours.
    Add sugar, vinegar and spices; cook 30 minutes.
    Put in clean hot jars and seal.
    This is good on dried beans.
    (For red relish, use half ripe tomatoes.)
