Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. water
4 c. sugar
1 vanilla bean, broken
1/2 c. Maxwell House instant coffee

Preparation

Simmer for 45 minutes.
Remove from heat and leave overnight, then strain.
Add 5 cups of vodka and put in bottles.
Leave for six weeks.
