Vegetable Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. tomatoes (put in hot boiling water and skin as in making tomato juice)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped green pepper
    5 chopped onions
    parsley flakes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt (this may be too salty; I use 1/8 c. salt)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. water
Preparation
    Chop celery, green pepper and onions.
    Cook these in a pressure cooker in 1 pint of water for 5 minutes.
    When finished, run through blender to make pulp.
    Add this and other ingredients to tomatoes.
    Bring to a rolling boil and then put in jars. Process 10 minutes on number 5 pressure in pressure canner.
