Magically Moist Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts
    1/2 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
    1 1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brush chicken on all sides with real mayonnaise.
    Place bread crumbs in large plastic
    food
    bag.
    Add chicken 1 piece at a time.
    Shake to coat well.
    Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes
    or until golden brown and tender. Makes 4 servings.
