Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In a small bowl, beat egg whites with vinegar, extract and salt at high speed until soft peak forms.
Gradually add sugar. Continue beating until stiff peak forms. Fold in pecans.
Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet covered with brown paper.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until crisp and very lightly browned.
Makes about 48.
