Lobster Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. chicken stock
    1 onion, sliced
    4 stalks celery, sliced
    2 cloves
    1 bay leaf
    6 peppercorns
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    3 c. milk
    2 c. chopped, cooked lobster
    1 c. hot cream
Preparation
    Combine chicken stock, onion, celery, cloves, bay leaf and peppercorns in saucepan.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Strain, reserving stock.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Blend in flour.
    Add milk gradually.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Stir in lobster and reserved stock.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir in hot cream at serving time.
    Do not boil.
    Garnish with paprika. Serves 6.
