Quick Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation

Line pan
with\t1 package of crescent rolls.
Cream the cream cheese,
sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and lemon juice.\tPour on top of rolls.
Place remaining package of crescent rolls on top of cheese mixture.
Fork whip egg white and spread on top. Sprinkle with nuts
and
bake.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan
for 25 minutes.
When cool, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
