Italian Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. spaghetti
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 can whole pitted black olives
1/2 lb. salami, cut in chunks
1/3 c. green olives
3/4 of a cucumber
1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Italian salad dressing
3 c. torn fresh spinach or lettuce
1 medium tomato, cut in wedges
Preparation

Toss all ingredients lightly and garnish with tomato.
