Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh corn (4 ears) or 1 can kernel corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 scant tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Add salt, sugar, pepper, flour and melted butter to cut corn. Add beaten eggs and milk to corn mixture.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until set.
Serves 6.
